Step 1 - Creating Your Own WIKI PAGE**


  • You should have received an email inviting you to our class wiki.
  • The assignment is described on the Home page.
  • Once you are in the wiki, you will click on New Page in the upper left-hand corner to create your page for your assignment.
  • Type your first name in the blank for page name.
  • You are ready to start typing. You may choose to do your work in word and then copy and paste. There is no spell check in the WikiL
  • Remember to click “Save” now and every time you work on your page. You should also save often while you are working.
  • To begin working again, you will click on your name on the right side. When your page appears, click edit by the pencil.

Step 2 - Complete the Phases of the Assignment (in WORD) and Upload information on WIKI

PHASE I:


You will create a matrix (see below) that will summarize various aspects of your field 2 placement compared to your field 3 placement. Information should be analyzed and summarized, not directly copied from sources. A reference page must be included for all sources utilized on the matrix cited in APA format.


Make the table below in Word. Then cut and paste into your WIKI page. Please include a few sentences or bullet points for each criteria and each school.

Reflection...I know your favorite phase!! Based upon your data in Phase I and II write a 1 page reflection about the relationship between cultural proficiency, the achievement gap, and parent communication/involvement. Use the writing prompts from the instructor's class website.
